Single Vineyard located on the Epanomi Peninsula, 500 meters from thecoastline. The fermentation starts in temperature controlled stainless-steel or six months in on the lees. In the glass, pale lemon with golden twist. On the nose, after a short breath, grapefruit, honey melon, mango and biscuit. Complemented by light notes of mature peach and tobacco,forming a complex and interesting bouquet. Beautiful body and well-balanced acidity, with melon, peach, bergamot, pear, toast, vanilla andhazelnut on the typical "fume"aroma. The barrel ageing creates a pleasant buttery feel on the palate with a long spicy and smoky aftertaste. Food Pairing: Enjoy on its own or select a meal that fits the wine like dishes with Truffles, Grilled Salmon, Saint Jaques or Paella.

The family-run, boutique winery is located in Northern Greece, in the well-known wine producing region of Epanomi. Domaine Florian is the result of a long family tradition in viticulture and winemaking.Their aim has always been to produce authentic wines with their own character,to boast and showcase all the strengths of each vintagediverse variety of grapes. For the red wines and barriques, they constructed an underground cellar with a natural clay floor covered with marble split to provide perfect humidity and constant temperatures for the oak barrels. The stabilization and finishing of the wine is done naturally media and minimal use of sulfates. Fermentation is considered complete when stop of course. They do not use enzymes, shavings, concentrated juices grape or any other means of artificial flavor additives. The filteringof the wines is kept to a minimum to preserve the richness and spectrum of all flavors in every bottle.
