Chateauneuf du Pape Alain Jaume "Vieilles Vignes" '19 BIO 0.75L

This wine has an inky purple color and a wonderful aroma of black fruit, charcoal and graphite, as well as blackberry and a sweet note of dates. The palate has excellent fruit. Its tannins are lively and it has a delicious finish, where tar and charcoal are easily discernible. This wine has incredible aging potential and will benefit from your patience. We advise a consumption between 3 and 30 years after the harvest. Accompany roast pork, veal, lamb and mushroom recipes. It is better to be transfused if it is young, up to 5-6 years.

From Domaine de Grand Veneur in 1979 to the expansion into the LIRAC and Chateau Mazane estates, the Jaume family continues to produce high-quality wines that embody the essence of the land. With AOP certifications like Chateauneuf-du-Pape and Cotes-du-Rhone, Alain Jaume wines showcase the unique flavors of the Rhone Valley's diverse terroirs.
