Corpo Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is aged for 48 months in oak barrels and an additional 6 months in the bottle. Deep, ruby color with earthy highlights. Aromas of red fruits, vanilla and roasted coffee. In the mouth, it is balanced between mild tannins, cherry and tobacco leaves. Excellent with red meats, aged cheeses, spicy chicken, duck, veal and stews!

Delightful young, but evolves wonderfully with aging. Ideal for desserts, soft cheeses, foie gras but also as a meditation wine!
