Dense and elegant, with aromas of saffron, turmeric and agarwood honey, framed by balsamic notes of cardamom. It balances wonderfully between sweetness and acidity. Delightful young, but evolves wonderfully with aging. Ideal for desserts, soft cheeses, foie gras but also as a meditation wine!
