On the nose, expect ripe red fruits (cherries, blackberries), hints of dark chocolate and sea saltiness, alongside subtle peat smoke and woody undertones. On the palate it is balanced and velvety, where fruit, spice, gentle sweetness and smoke meld together, finishing long, earthy and gently maritime. Perfect neat or with a few drops of water to open up its complexity.
