Intense nose, combining attractive aromas of ripe blackberries, rosemary and thyme with a tertiary complexity of fine oak that lends notes of spice and clove. Full and juicy on the palate, lively and fresh, with great length and precision. Beautiful texture with muscular yet velvety, fine tannins. Accompany premium beef cuts and grilled meats.
