Castelgaro originates from the vineyards of Castelboglione, where the calcareous clay soil imparts the necessary finesse to the Brachetto variety. The vinification process includes a short cold maceration to capture the intense aromatic profile of grapes harvested in early September.

Best served chilled in an ice bucket at 6-8°C, it is the ideal companion for a summer brunch paired with fruit tarts, fresh strawberries, or light pastries.
