Maturation for 15 months in concrete tanks allows the wild strawberry and raspberry aromas to retain their purity, naturally seeking the savory depth of artisanal charcuterie or the succulence of grilled pork chops to find perfect equilibrium. On the palate, its gourmet roundness and elegant tannins are accompanied by hints of blueberry and licorice, gradually revealing a brilliant ruby hue with purple highlights.
