It comes from mountainous Corinthia vineyards (850-950 m.) with 30-year-old vines, ensuring low yield concentration. With a pale white-gold color, it offers a bouquet of exotic and sweet tropical fruits (banana, pineapple, mango). The palate is full-bodied, with the aromas echoing the nose, balanced by refreshing acidity. Serve at 11-12C. It pairs ideally with fish, shellfish, white meats, and creamy pasta sauces. Avoid heavy, fatty red meats and sweet desserts. A vibrant wine that truly captures the spirit of the Greek mountains!
