Its brilliant golden-yellow color and aging for 8 months on fine lees give it a unique complexity. The nose is dominated by aromas of citrus zest, dried flowers, peach, and green apple, with notes of butter and nuts. On the palate, it has a medium body, a delightful buttery sensation, crisp acidity, and a long finish. It pairs perfectly with fatty fish, seafood, white meats, and light pasta dishes with white sauces. Serve it at 8-10°C!
