Aoton Retsina is a unique dry white wine from Attica, a blend of Savvatiano (75%) and Roditis (25%). With its yellowish color and distinct character, it is a retsina that breaks the mold. The nose is dominated by aromas of pine, mastic, citron, bitter orange, and mint, followed by notes of mahleb and pear. The finish is long, with balanced acidity and a light oiliness. This retsina pairs perfectly with fried fish, yellow cheeses, and traditional Greek dishes. Avoid sweets. It is ideally served at 8-10°C!
