Grown in the "Strofi" single block (619 m. elevation), it matures for 12 months in new French oak, gaining depth and a distinctive mineral character. With great aromatic intensity, it offers an enticing bouquet of wild cherries, raspberries, and mild spices. The palate is balanced, showcasing fresh acidity and finesse, truly capturing its terroir. Serve at 16-18C. It pairs ideally with white meats (chicken, pork tenderloin), rabbit, and game birds. Avoid very fatty steaks (like Ribeye), rich spicy BBQ sauces, and overly acidic dishes.
