Take a touch of humor, add a bit of imagination and ripen a "big" variety of grapes! This wine is a pure expression of SYRAH, fruity aromas of raspberry, blueberry, flowers and herbs. Aromas of mint and violet, along with a spicy note of pepper and licorice.

In short, a beautiful Rhone Syrah. Vinification and aging takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for the best expression of the purity of the fruit. A sweet aroma of violets and black fruit aromas emerges. The palate is creamy with hints of raspberry and blueberry. The tannins are elegant and silky. It is not an aging wine but you can enjoy it between 1 and 5 years with charcuterie and grilled meats.

The harvest of this wine is done by hand. Aged in tanks (grenache) and oak barrels (syrah and mourvedre). It has a deep and bright purple-red color as well as an exciting nose with aromas of black fruits, spices and vanilla. This great aromatic complexity is also found on the palate: spices and ripe fruit emerge with elegance and harmonious tannins. The aftertaste has good aromatic length where a touch of licorice and pepper is discernible. It is a wonderful Chateauneuf du Pape with great concentration and finesse. Enjoy it between 2 and 20 years. It is better to be transfused if it is young -under 5 years old-. Accompany cooked red meats, poultry and game.

This wine has an inky purple color and a wonderful aroma of black fruit, charcoal and graphite, as well as blackberry and a sweet note of dates. The palate has excellent fruit. Its tannins are lively and it has a delicious finish, where tar and charcoal are easily discernible. This wine has incredible aging potential and will benefit from your patience. We advise a consumption between 3 and 30 years after the harvest. Accompany roast pork, veal, lamb and mushroom recipes. It is better to be transfused if it is young, up to 5-6 years.
