James Fleming, a Scottish merchant, set up the Aberlour Distillery in 1879 in Spreyside, Scotland, making the most of its beautiful waters. In 1898 many of its buildings and stocks burned down after a sudden fire. Today Aberlour is considered one of the largest and most famous distilleries, producing 3.2 million liters per year.

Aberlour 10 year old is ideal for someone who is not yet accustomed to malt whiskey, with aromas of orange and mint to overflow and conquer our smell, accompanied by notes of raisin and peat. Balanced taste of vanilla and caramel with a spicy, persistent aftertaste, in which honey, caramel and spices dominate. All this makes Aberlour 10 year old one of the best Spreyside's malt whiskey.
