Ktima Alpha Xinomavro Reserve Vieilles Vignes (100% Xinomavro) is sourced from centenarian 1919 bush vines in the "Barba Yiannis" block in Amyndeon (647 m. elevation). 24 months of aging in new French oak and 12 months in bottle creates a monumental wine. With a brilliant ruby color, it offers a complex bouquet of dried plum, tomato, and spices. The palate is full-bodied, with balanced acidity and superb phenolic power. Serve at 16-18C. Ktima Alpha Pinot Noir (100% Pinot Noir) is an elegant red wine from the Florina region, perfect for every enthusiast. Grown in the "Strofi" single block (619 m. elevation), it matures for 12 months in new French oak, gaining depth and a distinctive mineral character. With great aromatic intensity, it offers an enticing bouquet of wild cherries, raspberries, and mild spices. The palate is balanced, showcasing fresh acidity and finesse, truly capturing its terroir. Ktima Alpha Malagousia (100% Malagousia) is a brilliant white wine from the "Chelones" vineyard in Amyndeon (670 m. elevation). 2 months of aging on its lees enhances its richness and finesse while preserving its vibrant freshness. With a bright, pal- yellow color, it offers intense aromas of white flowers, citrus, and aromatic herbs. The palate is full, with excellent balance, freshness, and a long finish. Serve at 11-12C. Ktima Alpha Syrah (100% Syrah) is a generous red wine from the Amyndeon region (640-650 m. elevation). Maturation (12 months in new oak barrels and 15 in bottle) grants it a peppery texture and sophisticated complexity. Boasting a deep ruby color, it offers an intense bouquet of red forest fruits, pepper, vanilla, and mocha. The palate is round, balanced, with subtle tannins and a long finish dominated by butterscotch. Serve at 16-18C. Alfa Estate Rose (100% Xinomavro) is a lively rose wine (PGI Florina) from the "Chelones" & "Skantzochoiros" vineyards of Amyntaio (660-690 m. altitude). The short contact with the marc gives it its intense rose-saumon color and its aromatic expression. With a rich fruity nose, the mouth is full, oily, with excellent balance and freshness. Served at 12-14C. It goes ideally with stuffed meats, pasta with light red sauces, pizzas and exotic cuisines. Avoid very sweet desserts and excessively spicy dishes. A glass of joy that brings the flavors of Greece to the table!

In order to create the Offley Ruby Rubinrot, the traditional method of making Porto wine is used. Carefully hand-picked grapes will undergo the necessary procedures and stay for a few months in Douro, Portugal, before traveling to VNGaia and staying in oak barrels to ripen.
