This vibrant rose wine is a charming blend of Agiorgitiko (90%) and Sangiovese (10%) from the vineyards of Pikermi, Attica. The brief skin contact (14-18 hours) gives it an expressive cherry-red color and a rich character, harmoniously combining Greek and Italian grape varieties. With aromas of cherry candy, grape preserve, and spices, the taste is juicy, with crisp acidity and subtle tannins that offer volume and complexity. The long finish concludes with spicy notes. Serve at 10-12C. It pairs wonderfully with BBQ meats, pasta with red sauce, oily stews, and even fatty fish. Avoid very spicy or very light dishes. The Freshness of Malagousia. Anastasia Fragou Neelys (PGI Attica) is an elegant, dry, white wine made from 100% Malagousia from the vineyards of Pikermi. Pre-fermentation extraction at controlled temperatures enhances its rich aromatic character, creating a crisp and full-bodied wine.With a pale-yellow color and lively green highlights, it offers vibrant aromas of peach, green apple, and jasmine, with delicate herbal notes. Nautilus Red Dry is a special label, which comes to us from the Phoebus Winery and the wonderful Cephalonia. It is a red, dry wine, made exclusively from the Mavrodafni variety. Most of us when we hear the word Mavrodafni directly think of a sweet wine. At the Phoebus Winery the variety will go through the dry winemaking process, then they will put it to mature in French oak barrels and finally, after bottling, it will be immersed in tanks for a year, thus maturing in conditions of constant temperature, darkness and lack of oxygen. This complex process will offer us this special label, the Nautilus Red Dry.

Blanc de Gris White Dry is another special label from the Tselepos estate and the amazing Moschofilero variety.

Tselepos Santorini Nychteri Kanava Xrysou was introduced to us in 2018 and is another label created from 100% Assyrtiko. From the estates of the Chrysos family in Santorini and with the knowledge and experience of Giannis Tselepos, the grapes of the vineyards over 120 years old, will give us their best characteristics. They will be collected at the limits of natural maturation and will be fermented in large oak barrels, wherever it remains for 8 months together with its fine wine lees.

Dryopi Nemea Red Dry of Tselepos estate, is another proof that Giannis Tselepos knows how to highlight the characteristics of the Agiorgitiko variety, and to make it special in each of its labels.
