It comes from mountainous Corinthia vineyards (850-950 m.) with 30-year-old vines, ensuring low yield concentration. With a pale white-gold color, it offers a bouquet of exotic and sweet tropical fruits (banana, pineapple, mango). The palate is full-bodied, with the aromas echoing the nose, balanced by refreshing acidity. Serve at 11-12C. It pairs ideally with fish, shellfish, white meats, and creamy pasta sauces. Bairaktaris 3./13 (PDO Nemea) is a delightful semi-sweet red wine, 100% Agiorgitiko, made from sun-dried, overripe grapes from the Nemea plains. 12 months of aging in French oak barrels grants it a unique, smooth structure. Its deep purple color is matched by an intoxicating nose of bitter chocolate. The soft sweetness is beautifully complemented by mellow tannins, making it an ideal aperitif or dessert wine. Ammonite is the most terroir-focused expression of Assyrtiko, a dry white wine from old, ungrafted vines in Santorini. It's the quintessential representation of the island's terroir, combining sharp acidity with rare finesse and an undeniable mineral character. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, the result is a wine with a clean expression and impressive balance. The palate is dominated by minerality, while complex aromatic layers unfold in the glass. Gaia Vinsanto is the most iconic traditional sweet expression of PDO Santorini, a wine with deep roots in the island's history. It's made from sun-dried grapes, primarily Assyrtiko, that are dried in the shade to preserve their natural acidity and freshness. After 10 years of aging in old oak barrels, the result is a deep, multi-dimensional wine with aromas of caramel, roasted coffee, and dried fruits. Its full-bodied taste is perfectly balanced by the vibrant acidity of Assyrtiko, offering an endless finish. Serve chilled at 6-8C. It pairs perfectly with dark chocolate, blue cheeses, and nuts. Avoid red meats and seafood. This is a wine that promises a legacy of flavor with every sip!

Gavalas Frangospito Red Dry BIO is full of aromas of dried fruits, spices, coffee and vanilla. It has a well-structured mouth, with gentle tannins and a rich aftertaste. Before bottling it will go through a long pre-fermentation extraction at low temperatures, then classic red vinification at graduated temperatures and will be aged for 30 months, of which 18 in French oak barrels. You can enjoy it now, but also 10-15 years after its harvest. It accompanies red meats, grilled vegetables, game, spicy sauces and hard cheeses.

Vourvoukelis Malagouzia is the estate's new label for single varietal white wines. It has a strong aromatic bouquet, medium to high acidity and a body with fat and volume. The color appears whitish-yellow, with golden highlights. Aromas of white flowers, apricot and tropical fruits. Its finish is robust and long-lasting.

Vourvoukeli Mavroudi Red Dry is created through the micro-oxygenation process, which takes place during the maturation phase in oak barrels and results in a wine with soft aromas of red fruits and notes of vanilla. Purple in color, with aromas such as cherry, strawberry and aromatic herbs. Dry, with good structure, mouth, good acidity, with rich integrated tannins. Intense and long-lasting finish.
