This is a warm, harmonious and persistent wine that becomes velvety over time. It is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meats or with sauce, risotto with porcini mushrooms, radicchio or legumes. Staffilo BIO Pinot Grigio is an organic wine whose vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks together with the skins of the grapes, at a controlled temperature. It has a straw color and fruity aromas that leave notes of peach, apricot, tropical fruits and wild flowers. On the palate it is dry, full and velvety and its taste is pleasantly persistent. This wine is ideal with risotto, poultry and all kinds of dishes containing fish.

After the selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14°C, a technique that produces subtle aromas that are particularly pleasing to the palate. It has a bright straw yellow color and very fine and persistent bubbles. Floral aromas of acacia and gentian with a light herbal note of sage and mint as well as aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and yellow apple make their presence felt.
