Summer in a Glass! Domaine Florian Rondo Blanc 2019 is a dry, fresh, white wine made from the rare Malvazija grape, aged for 4 months on its lees to gain richness and character. Sourced from the vineyards of Epanomi, this wine brings the cool freshness of the Greek summer to your glass. With a pale golden color, it offers a vast array of aromas: green apple, lime, rose petals, and peach. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with a long finish that echoes the initial fruitiness. Serve at 10-12C. It pairs perfectly with fatty fish, paella, and grilled shrimp. Avoid very spicy food and desserts.

Produced from vineyards on hilltops (cabezadas). Fresh and subtle nose, pure stone fruit aromas with a touch of white flowers, minerality and flint. Light and crisp on the palate with a refreshingly dry, light metallic finish. An elegant dry white wine, with subtle aromas that do not overpower the food. It goes great with salads, asparagus, tapas, seafood such as prawns, grilled or fried squid, grilled fish, sashimi and white cheeses such as feta or other goat cheese.

Garnacha/Grenache from old vines of the village of Cadalso los Vidrios at an altitude of 800m, give this wine with a production of 10,125 bottles. The harvest is manual and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention. No oak barrels are used in the production. A delicate wine with subtle floral aromas and notes of fresh berries. Silky tannins and crisp acidity with moderate alcohol make for a versatile, food-friendly wine. An excellent example of elegant, Garnacha from high altitude vineyards in the Sierra de Gredos. Enjoy it with barbeque, braised recipes and charcuterie.

Beautiful ruby shade, with deep red highlights. Delicate, persistent bouquet, with herbaceous and fruity notes of morello and small red fruits. Spicy, very elegant in the finish, excellent because of the soft and refreshing palate-nose aroma. Accompany game, grilled red meats and hard mature cheeses.

After the selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14°C, a technique that produces subtle aromas that are particularly pleasing to the palate. It has a bright straw yellow color and very fine and persistent bubbles. Floral aromas of acacia and gentian with a light herbal note of sage and mint as well as aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and yellow apple make their presence felt. This wine is excellent as an aperitif but also for the whole meal with risotto and shellfish.

Mountain Aegean grape Athiri fermented - without the addition of resin- and matured in large white pine barrels. Beautiful yellow color with gold and green highlights. Aromas of mastic and botanical notes such as mint, basil and sage. Together with the crisp acidity and medium body they result in a gastronomic wine intended for your food. Varvaglione Malvasia Bianca wine has a white gold color with straw yellow highlights and an intense, aromatic and beautiful nose.
