This vibrant rose wine is a charming blend of Agiorgitiko (90%) and Sangiovese (10%) from the vineyards of Pikermi, Attica. The brief skin contact (14-18 hours) gives it an expressive cherry-red color and a rich character, harmoniously combining Greek and Italian grape varieties. With aromas of cherry candy, grape preserve, and spices, the taste is juicy, with crisp acidity and subtle tannins that offer volume and complexity. The long finish concludes with spicy notes. Serve at 10-12C. It pairs wonderfully with BBQ meats, pasta with red sauce, oily stews, and even fatty fish. Avoid very spicy or very light dishes. Dionysos company is a company with a tradition since 1936 in the production of fine wines. It is able to meet the requirements of the domestic market as well as abroad, maintaining high quality levels, selecting the best grape varieties and processing their spirits in state-of-the-art facilities.

After the selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14°C, a technique that produces subtle aromas that are particularly pleasing to the palate. It has a bright straw yellow color and very fine and persistent bubbles. Floral aromas of acacia and gentian with a light herbal note of sage and mint as well as aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and yellow apple make their presence felt. This wine is excellent as an aperitif but also for the whole meal with risotto and shellfish.
