Nautilus Red Dry is a special label, which comes to us from the Phoebus Winery and the wonderful Cephalonia. It is a red, dry wine, made exclusively from the Mavrodafni variety. Most of us when we hear the word Mavrodafni directly think of a sweet wine. At the Phoebus Winery the variety will go through the dry winemaking process, then they will put it to mature in French oak barrels and finally, after bottling, it will be immersed in tanks for a year, thus maturing in conditions of constant temperature, darkness and lack of oxygen. This complex process will offer us this special label, the Nautilus Red Dry.
