Voujon is a well-known site in the Brouilly appellation, which rests on a bed of pink granite. It produces wines that are structured and rich in character. It is a bright, red, cherry colored wine. Amarena cherries, graphite and lavender can be seen on the nose which are also present on the palate leaving an elegant sense of sweetness with intense acidity and a light to medium body with excellent intensity. Accompany white, red meats and charcuterie.

CasalFarneto Cimaio is a wine of remarkable structure and elegance, smooth, enveloping, extremely pleasant, with subtle aromatic notes. It is yellow in color with golden highlights and exudes sweet notes of vanilla followed by ripe quince, fruit, honey, almond and spice notes. In the mouth it has a wonderful structure, full body, minerality, it is slightly bitter but rounded, soft, warm, salty and very persistent. A meditative wine, excellent with very mature cheeses or with very salty and difficult dishes, fish soup, cod, liver and foie gras.

Anatolikos is a rare sweet wine, a special expression of Agiorgitiko from PDO Nemea. The process begins with sun-drying the grapes to concentrate their juice. It then matures for 5 years in old oak barrels, developing a serious, deep, and complex profile. With aromas of dried fruits, spices, and chocolate, this wine is the ideal companion for chocolate desserts and blue cheeses. It is served chilled at 10-12C and has high aging potential. Avoid savory or acidic foods, which will destroy its sweet dimension. This is a wine made to conclude special moments in the sweetest way!

The Belvedere White Sweet of the Merkouri Estate is an aromatic wine due to the variety that creates it, the Aromatic Malvasia.

Afianes Icarus is a unique dry rose wine from Ikaria, made from the rare Fokiano grape. Its opaque, tile-like color with orange highlights promises a special experience. The nose is fruity and complex, with aromas of wild berries, watermelon, rose, and butterscotch. On the palate, it surprises with notes of white pepper, dried fruits, and herbs. Its body is balanced by a fresh acidity and high minerality, making it perfect for parties and large gatherings. It pairs wonderfully with seafood in red sauces, Asian, and Greek cuisine with sweet and sour flavors. Avoid pairing it with overly acidic or very spicy dishes. Scalunera is a dark red wine produced from the Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio varieties. It displays a rare aromatic profile, a blend of ripe, dry and pleasantly bitter sensations of red berries, cherries, yellow fruits, sandalwood, mushrooms and citrus aromas such as lemon peel. Tastewise, it has a medium body with firm tannins. This is an elegant wine that can easily be enjoyed on its own or paired with a huge variety of food such as braised, fatty fish, pork, lamb, cheese and vegetables such as aubergines and red peppers.

Pinot Blanc in Germany is called Weisser Burgunder. Royale is produced from grapes planted on the Ruppertsberg plain. It ferments and matures in a barrel and combines aromas of apricot pear and quince with a fine creaminess and freshness. It goes with almost everything and is ideal to complete any occasion. More specifically, it can be combined with a Quiche Lorraine, shrimps in a slightly spicy Asian recipe, seafood salad, and even a white tomato-free pizza.
