"It's rare to find a Petit Chablis this good." (Tamlyn Currin JancisRobinson.com). Located in the Yonne department, the Chablis vineyard runs along a small river: the Serein. On the nose you will find citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) on a mineral background (flint, flint). In the mouth it is fresh, with a beautiful aromatic finish. In the area of Castelnuovo Berardenga winemaker Pasquale Presutto, blends Sangiovese and Merlot and makes a wine that ages 3 months in barrels, 9 months in large oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.

Herrgottsacker is the northernmost location of Deidesheim and borders with Ungeheuer. The soil contains sandstone, limestone and basalt. An elegant and classic Riesling. It combines the elegance and cool spicy taste of Deidesheim and the juicy citrus aroma of Forst. Delicious and delightful wine!

The Maushohle vineyard is sheltered in a large valley in Deidesheim with sandstone and limestone as the main ingredients in the soil.
