Tement Morillon Sudsteiermark Muschelkalk is produced from the Morillon grape variety known internationally as Chardonnay. It is a very balanced and elegant instrument that stands out for its delicate notes of freshly grated apples, dandelion leaves and roasted almonds. It is an intensely clear wine characterized by being dry on the palate.

Terra Valpolicella Superiore ages 36 months in French oak and 4 months in bottle. Ruby red with garnet hints, it offers aromas of cherry, blackberry, vanilla, and spices. Dry, smooth, and persistent, with a hint of bitter almond. Perfect with game, grilled meats, porcini risotto, braised lamb, and aged cheeses!

Ktima Alpha Pinot Noir (100% Pinot Noir) is an elegant red wine from the Florina region, perfect for every enthusiast. Grown in the "Strofi" single block (619 m. elevation), it matures for 12 months in new French oak, gaining depth and a distinctive mineral character. With great aromatic intensity, it offers an enticing bouquet of wild cherries, raspberries, and mild spices. The palate is balanced, showcasing fresh acidity and finesse, truly capturing its terroir. Serve at 16-18C. It pairs ideally with white meats (chicken, pork tenderloin), rabbit, and game birds. Avoid very fatty steaks (like Ribeye), rich spicy BBQ sauces, and overly acidic dishes. Ktima Alpha Xinomavro Reserve Vieilles Vignes (100% Xinomavro) is sourced from centenarian 1919 bush vines in the "Barba Yiannis" block in Amyndeon (647 m. elevation). 24 months of aging in new French oak and 12 months in bottle creates a monumental wine. With a brilliant ruby color, it offers a complex bouquet of dried plum, tomato, and spices. The palate is full-bodied, with balanced acidity and superb phenolic power. Serve at 16-18C. It pairs ideally with rich meats (grilled/tomato sauce), sausages, and aged cheeses. Avoid white fish and delicate seafood. This wine carries the wisdom and soul of a century-old vineyard!

Refosco Red Dry wine from Mercouris Winery is a refined wine, which is very well known in the Greek market.

Lagara Red Dry wine has a bright red color. Its aromas are rich and come from fruits and spices. Notes of vanilla, wild cherry, and blueberry are perceived from the first sip.

The Leinhohle is a southern slope just above Deidesheim. When the climate in Deidesheim was colder, it was considered one of the best locations in the village for grapes because of the sun exposure. Sandstone and limestone are mainly in the soil and for this reason wines of excellent quality are produced. Erste Lage is something similar to Grand Cru in France. The wine is fully fermented in barrel and matures on the lees for one year. Peach, apricot, apple and some herbal notes on the nose. Juicy complex and dense with ripe stone fruits and fine herbs in the mouth. Enjoy it with Asian dishes, with pork and spicy appetizers.
