It is characterized as unlimited, like the love for the manual work of its winemakers. It is a wine grown at the "Pruh" site, an old quarry in the Ciringa vineyard, and has spent 50 months on lees. Herbal-spicy and metallic with an undeniable character. The vineyard is characterized by coral limestone soil which results in a perfect terroir for expressive, mineral and pure Sauvignon Blancs.

The harvest of this particular wine is done manually. The wine has an intense dark ruby color and develops aromas of ripe black fruits such as raspberry, cherry and spices. In the mouth we have the presence of tannins, in high quantity and elegance, while its finish is long and luxurious. This is an expression of Chateauneuf du Pape, showing all the characteristics of the terroir. Accompany roast beef, duck, a burger or even roasted mushrooms.

A refined wine from old vines over 35 years old, bursting with tangerine, lemon, and floral aromas. The palate is delicate and saline, with pure fruit, fine acidity, and a vertical structure that lingers beautifully. The vintage brings freshness, balance, and a dry expressive finish. Perfectly paired with sucrine lettuce and shrimp, Thai lemongrass broth, or calamari plancha with lime.

White sweet Riesling. Despite its sugars, its acidity does not allow it to be astringent. Medium to full-bodied. Its aromas will remind you of white flowers, tangerine, passion fruit and pear. Its aftertaste is amazing. This elegant wine has great aging potential. Afianes Pithari is an exceptional dry white wine from Ikaria, aged in traditional amphorae. Its intense, hazy golden color hints at a unique wine experience. The aroma is complex, with notes of smoke, grapefruit, mushrooms, and an earthy sensation reminiscent of the first rain.On the palate, this is a true terroir wine, rich in minerals, with flavors of wild herbs, citrus, and a finish that evokes wet granite. Perfect for a dinner for two, it pairs beautifully with mollusks, shellfish, oysters, clams, and fatty grilled fish. It also complements smoked cheeses, Camembert, and wild greens with lemon. For the best experience, serve it at 10-12°C.

Afianes Pithari Red is a unique dry red wine from Ikaria, aged in traditional amphorae. Its opaque, tile-like color with orange highlights and its rich legs reveal its distinct character. The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe wild berries and cherry, while the palate reveals a complex flavor profile with notes of sour cherry, wild cherry, and intense minerality, finishing with a taste of wet granite. Perfect for a get-together with friends, it pairs beautifully with sweet and sour dishes, meat with wild greens, rabbit stew, giouvetsi, stuffed vegetables (gemista), dolmades, and the traditional Ikarian soufiko. Serve it at 16-18°C.

Corpo Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is aged for 48 months in oak barrels and an additional 6 months in the bottle. Deep, ruby color with earthy highlights. Aromas of red fruits, vanilla and roasted coffee. In the mouth, it is balanced between mild tannins, cherry and tobacco leaves. Excellent with red meats, aged cheeses, spicy chicken, duck, veal and stews!

This is a very elegant and structured Sauvignon Blanc grown on sandy soil. It has herbal notes combined with softer fruit flavors, dried herbs and blackberry leaves. It is a very focused wine with great length that comes from a very high southwest facing vineyard at 500 meters above sea level, which is protected by the surrounding forest. The particular alluvial soil produces wines of deep minerality with notes of juniper, fennel and gooseberry.
