Anatolikos is a rare sweet wine, a special expression of Agiorgitiko from PDO Nemea. The process begins with sun-drying the grapes to concentrate their juice. It then matures for 5 years in old oak barrels, developing a serious, deep, and complex profile. With aromas of dried fruits, spices, and chocolate, this wine is the ideal companion for chocolate desserts and blue cheeses. It is served chilled at 10-12C and has high aging potential. CasalFarneto Cimaio is a wine of remarkable structure and elegance, smooth, enveloping, extremely pleasant, with subtle aromatic notes. It is yellow in color with golden highlights and exudes sweet notes of vanilla followed by ripe quince, fruit, honey, almond and spice notes. In the mouth it has a wonderful structure, full body, minerality, it is slightly bitter but rounded, soft, warm, salty and very persistent. A meditative wine, excellent with very mature cheeses or with very salty and difficult dishes, fish soup, cod, liver and foie gras.

It is a bright, red, cherry colored wine. Amarena cherries, graphite and lavender can be seen on the nose which are also present on the palate leaving an elegant sense of sweetness with intense acidity and a light to medium body with excellent intensity. Accompany white, red meats and charcuterie.

The Alain Jaume Tavel Rose is a ruby-colored, complex, and elegant rose, with notes of crushed strawberries, nectarine, and rose petals. This wine blends Grenache noir, Syrah, and Mourvedre, offering a beautifully balanced profile. Voujon is a well-known site in the Brouilly appellation, which rests on a bed of pink granite. It produces wines that are structured and rich in character. This Beaujolais is aged in cement tanks for 14 months. Intense ruby color. Aromas of red fruits and small black fruits with light licorice notes. Round and tasty with black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) present. Accompany grilled pork chops, beef.

Among the hills of Valiano stands out Poggio Teo cru with its old vines full of juicy Sangiovese. From this exclusive selection is born a small masterpiece: Poggio Teo Chianti Classico. In the area of Castelnuovo Berardenga winemaker Pasquale Presutto, blends Sangiovese and Merlot and makes a wine that ages 3 months in barrels, 9 months in large oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.

Cockburn Fine Ruby Port comes from the Douro Valley of Portugal and is a combination of old and new wines, which have matured for 3 to 5 years in large stainless steel tanks, thus acquiring its deep purple color, its mature flavors and its wonderful features.
