Avros Nikolou White Dry is a white dry wine, which consists exclusively of the Muscat variety of Alexandria. The grapes come from Atsiki of Lemnos. The climate of the island in combination with the volcanic soil and the knowledge of the people of the Nikolou winery, make the variety to adapt perfectly and to highlight its best elements. The grapes will be carefully selected and then go through the process of pre-fermentation cold extraction and extraction of the must for 24 hours. This will be followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with the use of sulfur dioxide being significantly limited.

Iama dry white wine is produced from the Assyrtiko and Malagouzia varieties that come from the estate's vineyards in Yaltra, Northern Evia.

Iama Red Dry combines two well-known grape varieties to get the final result. The "Vradiano" variety originating from Evia, and the Syrah variety originating from France, make this wine unique which is ready for consumption with the possibility of further aging for at least 4 years.

The creators of the Iama Rose wine for its production chose to use the rare variety "Vradiano" instead of various international, famous varieties. The procedure that is followed is the classic cold extraction of grapes for 18 hours and then it is vinified. It is ready to be consumed after these procedures.

Experience the Greek spirit with Monolithos Rose from the Bairaktaris Estate. This wine is a powerful blend of Agiorgitiko (80%) and Assyrtiko (20%), presenting an attractive pale peach hue. With refined aromas of cherry, sour cherry, and pomegranate, its balance makes it an excellent starting point for those new to wine and a valued asset for restaurant professionals. It pairs wonderfully with white meats, pasta, fresh salads, and pink seafood (like shrimp). Avoid heavy red meats.

The Allure of Attica. Anastasia Fragou Savvatiano is a refreshing white wine made from 100% Savatiano, grown in a single vineyard in Spata, Attica. The winemaking process, with cold soak, brings out its elegant character and invigorating flavor profile. With a greenish-yellow color, it offers abundant aromas of lemon blossom, lychee, and mango, with persistent hints of mint and lime. The palate is crisp and refined, with zesty acidity and a pleasant finish. Serve ideally at 8-10C. It pairs perfectly with oily stews, fatty fish, and seafood. Avoid very rich red meats and desserts. This wine is a pure expression of the Attica terroir!

A dry sparkling wine with a straw yellow color and a delicate aroma of wild flowers. On the palate it is characterized by a dry and pleasant taste thanks to its freshness. It is a culinary wine suitable for the glass but also ideal for a good aperitif. Accompany sandwiches, appetizers, fish soups, salty fish, vegetable-based dishes, pasta with sauces, risotto and other typical Mediterranean dishes.

Assyrtiko is an island variety, but it has managed and has adapted perfectly to the Attic vineyard. Nikolou Assyrtiko Attiki White Dry is produced exclusively from this variety and proves to us that it can give us high quality wines in any soil that can be adapted. The grapes will undergo alcoholic fermentation, with selected yeasts, in spring tanks and temperature controlled.

Charites Petres Red Dry wine is one more label from Konstantaras Winery. The labels of this winery are produced from grapes that are organically grown in the vineyards of Agia Triada of Polygyros. White varieties such as Alexandria Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Malagouzia, Viogner and Assyrtiko as well as red varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko and Syrah are the ones that are cultivated. The winemaking takes place in the privately owned facilities of the new modern family winery in Portaria of Halkidiki.

Charites Petres Red Semi-Sweet is anothel label from Konstantaras Winery. The labels of this winery are produced from grapes that are organically grown in the vineyards of Agia Triada of Polygyros.
