Suntory Hakushu Distiller's Reserve was introduced to us in the spring of 2014, by the Hakushu distillery, located at the foot of Kaikomagatake Mountain. Created from the dream of Keizo Saji, the second master blender of the distillery, for a whiskey different from the rest.

Suntory Ao is an exquisite expression of Japanese whisky that embodies the essence of harmony and balance. Created by the renowned Suntory distillery, Ao pays homage to the diverse range of flavors found across Japan's landscape, blending whiskies from various regions to create a truly unique and complex spirit.

Strathearn Triple Cask Matured is a refined Highland single malt from one of Scotland's smallest distilleries, a whisky crafted with attention to flavour rather than volume. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, virgin oak and ex-sherry casks, it offers a multi-layered aromatic profile and a rich, full body. On the nose it delivers soft malted barley, vanilla and gentle oak; on the palate it reveals honeyed sweetness, buttercream, dried fruits (like apricot), and subtle oak spices, finishing warm, long, and well-balanced.

Strathcolm 8 Years is a youthful yet characterful single malt, featuring fresh fruit, vanilla, and light oak notes. Its eight-year maturation provides a balance between freshness and sweetness, with a smooth, creamy texture and a pleasant, concise finish. Perfect for everyday enjoyment or as an introduction to the world of single malts.

Speyburn Hopkins Reserve comes to us from the famous Speyside of Scotland and specifically from the Speyburn Distillery. The distillery was designed by Charles Doig and built by John Hopkins in 1897. The Speyburn Hopkins Reserve is a tribute to the founder of the distillery and is of course named after him.

Speyburn Bradan Orach comes from the famous Speyside whiskeys in Scotland, specifically the Speyburn distillery. The distillery was designed by Charles Doig and built by John Hopkins in 1897. River Spey is one of the best and most famous salmon fishing spots and is the inspiration for the name of this label. This label does not indicate years of aging but we know that it matures exclusively in American ex-bourbon barrels, thus acquiring special characteristics.
