Monkey Shoulder Whiskey came after William Grant's idea to marry malt whiskey from 3 different distilleries Glenfiddich, Balvenie and Kininvie. Monkey Shoulder belongs to the category of blended malt whiskey and is elegant, creamy and completely enjoyable.

Maker's Mark 46 is a wheat bourbon. The wheat is placed in oak barrels which are refilled and returned to the warehouses to complete the aging for the next three months.

Laphroaig Distillery was founded in 1815 and is known for producing some of the most heavily peated whiskeys in Scotland. There, a number of single malt whiskeys are produced, including Laphroaig Four Oak, which is a limited edition expression released in 2020.

Clynelish 14 year old is a single malt Scotch whisky produced in the northern Highlands of Scotland. It is known for its complex and nuanced flavor profile, with a balance of sweet, fruity, and smoky notes. The whisky is made using malted barley and water sourced from nearby Clynemilton Burn, which flows through the distillery grounds. The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve is a single malt Scotch whisky that has been finished in barrels that previously held Caribbean rum. The distillery produces a range of single malt whiskies, including the Glenkinchie 12 years old, which is widely regarded as a classic expression of Lowland whisky.

Glenmorangie 18 Year Old comes to us from Scotland and the Glenmorangie distillery, which is famous for its tall distilleries and of course its excellent whiskey. It was founded in 1843 in the Highlands of Scotland, with production starting in 1849 and is considered a pioneer in the technique of double maturation of whiskey, in barrels of sherry, port and wine. To create this label, the spirits will mature for 15 years in white, American, oak ex-bourbon barrels and then 30% of them will go into Oloroso sherry casks for about 3 more years, while the remaining 70% will remain in ex-bourbon barrels. Then the spirits will get married and create this great label, the Glenmorangie 18 Year Old.

Aberlour 12 Years Double Cask Matured follows a specific process for its production. The two types of barrels (oak and sherry oak) are selected very carefully every year in order to host Aberlour. In them it will mature for at least 12 years and acquire its rich aromatic and tasty character, which makes it a wonderful and award-winning whiskey.

Grant's Whiskey is one of our favorite Scotch Whiskeys. It contains at least 25 malt and grain whiskeys which the Master Blender, Brian Kinsman, with great experience, marries very harmoniously in order to produce the final result.

Haig Club Clubman was a collaboration between the businessman Simon Fuller and the athlete David Beckham, bringing Scottish whiskey to a premium version. It is a combination of style and entrepreneurship that gives us a soft, cool and fruity whiskey.

Suntory Hakushu Distiller's Reserve was introduced to us in the spring of 2014, by the Hakushu distillery, located at the foot of Kaikomagatake Mountain. Created from the dream of Keizo Saji, the second master blender of the distillery, for a whiskey different from the rest.

Hyde No.5 The Aras Cask is a triple distilled Irish whiskey. First distilled in a traditional "Coffey" copper still, then aged for at least 6 years in bourbon barrels from Kentucky, USA. Finally, it rested for 6 months in vintage French red wine barrels.

Hyde No4 Irish Whiskey Rum Finish is a wonderful Irish single malt whiskey that begins its maturation in bourbon barrels and ends in barrels that have matured Caribbean rum.

Hyde No.3 The Aras Cask is a six-year-old Irish whiskey whose characteristic is that it has not been filtered.

Highland Park 10 Year Old comes from the Orkney Islands and the Highland Park Distillery, founded in 1798 by Magnus Eunson. It is the northernmost distillery in the world and one of the few that uses traditional, handmade malting threshing floors to make its spirits. This label will mature for at least 10 years in European and American oak ex-sherry barrels, thus acquiring its special characteristics.
