Glencadam Amarone Wine Cask Finish is a refined single malt whisky that completes its maturation in Amarone wine casks, offering a rich and multi-dimensional profile. The influence of Amarone casks imparts deep notes of ripe red fruits, spices, and chocolate, while retaining Glencadam's classic clean character with a smooth, buttery texture.

Tamnavulin Single Malt Sauvignon Blanc Cask is a refined Scotch single malt from the Tamnavulin Distillery, finished in casks that previously held Sauvignon Blanc wine. This process imparts fresh, fruity aromas alongside classic notes of vanilla, caramel, and spices, creating a balanced and enjoyable flavor profile.

Deanston 12-Year-Old Un-Chill Filtered is a rich and naturally crafted Highland single malt whisky, matured in ex-bourbon casks to enhance its honeyed sweetness and smooth, creamy texture.

Caol Ila 12 Year Old was introduced to us in June 2002, by Caol Ila Distillery, which is perhaps the largest and most famous distillery on the island of Islay. The distillery was founded in 1846 and is located in a hidden cove near Port Askaig on the island of Islay. The site was originally chosen for the clear water of Loch Nam Ban Lake, which is still the main source of water today.

Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old is an excellent single malt whiskey, which comes to us from the Islay of Scotland and the Bunnahabhain distillery which is the least smoked of the other distilleries on the island. Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old was introduced to us again, this time changed, in 2010, with a higher alcohol content (46.3%), without filtering and without the addition of dyes. It will mature for at least 12 years in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry barrels, thus gaining a rich and full body but also perfect balance.

Ancnoc Rudhan Estuche is popular all over the world. It got its name from the peat harvesting process, which arose from the part of the process where the peat is stacked for weeks to dry.

The Ardbeg Wee Beastie 5 Year Old comes from the south coast of Islay Island in Scotland and the Ardbeg Distillery, created in 1815 by the MacDougal family. It is the latest addition to the company's labels and surprises us with how easily it gained its own audience.

Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish is a rich and full-bodied expression created at The Shed Distillery in Ireland. This whisky is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks and develops a deep amber hue and a velvety mouthfeel.

Wolfburn Morven Lightly Peated is a captivating single malt whiskey hailing from the northernmost distillery in mainland Scotland. This expression showcases a subtle and refined level of peat smoke, distinguishing it from other offerings from the Wolfburn distillery. The whiskey is named after the nearby Morven hills, which provide a picturesque backdrop to the distillery's rugged coastal location.

In 2016 we were introduced to Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Rye and it is the third rye whiskey of the company. They use the same water they use for Jack Daniel's Hollow, based on the distillery's 150-year-old recipe.
