Maison Ferroni Roof Rye Double Maturation Whisky is a distinctive rye whisky from Maison Ferroni in France, known for its unique double maturation process and unconventional aging method. The double maturation involves initial aging in oak barrels followed by transfer to different casks - often heavily toasted or previously used - while part of the aging takes place outdoors (roof aging), significantly influencing the spirit's character. The result is a whisky with depth, complexity, and a strong aromatic identity.

Gelston's 10 Year Old is a malt whiskey from Ireland. It was created by Samuel Gelston in 1830 in Belfast, and by the time he died in 1869, he had made his whiskey known throughout Ireland.

Talisker 10 Year Old is produced in Scotland and the island of Skye, where the Talisker distillery is located and is in fact the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they definitely know how to create a unique malt whiskey. One of the best is the Talisker 10 Year Old, which is especially loved by sailors, due to its strong marine personality, but also by many fans of the genre. It will mature for at least 10 years in American oak barrels, acquiring special characteristics.

Glenrothes Manse Reserve comes from Scotland and the Glenrothes Distillery, which founded in 1878 by four partners. Obstacles and changes of ownership followed the company like a curse until 1963, when it began to take over and until 1989 it supplied Cutty Sark and Famous Grouse. The company rose to prominence again in 1999 because of a grant it received from its people, who had brilliant ideas. This label was introduced to us in 2013 and the spirits used to create it have matured in American oak barrels and ex-sherry barrels.

Slane Irish Whiskey is a smooth and versatile blend crafted in the heart of the Boyne Valley, Ireland. This whiskey is made using a unique combination of virgin oak, seasoned oak, and sherry casks, which impart rich layers of flavor.

The Isle of Jura Winter Edition is a single malt Scotch whisky crafted to evoke the warmth and comfort of the winter season. Initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in hand-selected Spanish sherry casks, offering a rich and indulgent profile.

Aikan Whisky Blend Collection Batch No.2 is a fine blended whisky that harmoniously combines different varieties, offering a rich and balanced taste experience. With notes of vanilla, caramel, and a subtle smoky touch, it stands out for its complexity and warmth, perfect for moments of relaxation or pairing with flavors like chocolate and nuts.

Talisker Storm is produced in Scotland and the Isle of Skye, where Talisker's distillery is located and in fact is the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they certainly know how to create a special malt whisky. This particular label was introduced to us in 2013 as a no age label, but it appears to have been aged in carefully selected and roasted American oak barrels. It is perhaps the Talisker distillery's smokiest label, as well as the most representative of its character.
