Kilchoman Small Batch Bourbon & Oloroso & Cognac is a single malt whisky from the Isle of Islay that captures Kilchoman's signature peaty spirit, elevated by a more intricate maturation plan. The spirit is matured in a blended mix of casks - approximately 70% ex-bourbon barrels, 5% oloroso sherry casks, and 25% casks that previously held cognac - resulting in a whisky with a balanced interplay of smoke, sweetness and depth.

GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a rich and complex single malt, crafted with a careful blend of American oak, European oak, and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Its deep amber color hints at the richness of the flavors within.

This carefully crafted whiskey is matured in a unique combination of casks: 24% Premium French Oak, 19% Vin Doux Naturel, 21% New American Oak, and 36% First Fill American Oak, each contributing distinct layers of depth and complexity.
