DYC 8 Year Old is a Spanish blended whisky produced by Destilerias y Crianza del Whisky (DYC), a distillery founded in 1959 in Palazuelos de Eresma, Segovia. This expression combines malt and grain whiskies that have been aged for a minimum of eight years in American oak barrels.

The West Cork Distillery was founded by three childhood friends in 2003. Today it has an area of 12 acres and exports its production to more than 70 countries. The barrel in which the whiskey has matured was previously used to mature bourbon. It is a mixture consisting of 75% cereals and 25% malt.
