Irishman Founder's Reserve Caribbean Cask Finish is a rare Irish whiskey, limited to 360 bottles. It combines 70% single malt and 30% single pot whiskey and is aged in bourbon barrels and then finished for six months in ex-Saint Lucia rum barrels.
