Glenrothes Bourbon Cask Reserve comes from Scotland and the Glenrothes Distillery, founded in 1878 by four partners. Obstacles and changes of ownership followed the company like a curse until 1963, when it began to take over and until 1989 it supplied Cutty Sark and Famous Grouse. The company rose to prominence again in 1999 due to a grant it also received from its people, who had brilliant ideas. This label was created with spirits that have matured exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels, without mentioning the date of their aging.

The Glenkinchie distillery was founded in 1837 and is one of the few remaining Lowland distilleries in Scotland. It is located near Edinburgh, the capital city of Scotland, and draws its water from the Lammermuir Hills. The distillery produces a range of single malt whiskies, including the Glenkinchie 12 years old, which is widely regarded as a classic expression of Lowland whisky.

The Glenlivet 12 Year Old First Fill comes to us from Scotland and the oldest legal distillery in the parish of Glenlivet. The water from Jossie's Well helps the flavors mix and take on the character of Glenlivet. In 1822 it is said that King George IV on an official visit to Scotland asked to drink Glenlivet, leaving the world stunned, as it was then one of the many smuggled spirits in the Speyside area. Of course the owner of Glenlivet, George Smith, did not miss the opportunity to offer him and 2 years later get the permission to distill the whiskey. Glenlivet 12 Year Old First Fill matures for 12 years in new, American oak barrels, which have not hosted anything else before, thus giving more fragrance to the Glenlivet 12 Year Old First Fill.

Highland Park 12 Years Old Spicy & Well Rounded is a classic single malt whisky from the Highland Park Distillery in Orkney, Scotland, renowned for its exceptional balance of sweetness, gentle smoke, and spice. It is matured in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon and European oak sherry casks, resulting in a multi-layered profile. The light use of Orkney peat adds a subtle smoky character without overpowering the other flavors.

The third label in this series is dedicated to Jack Lemuel "Lem" Tolley, who continued the tradition of his predecessors and was Jack Daniel's master distiller from 1941 to 1964.
