Tokinoka Whisky is a Japanese gem that boasts a striking ebony hue, immediately catching the eye.

The Old Pulteney 12 Year Old was introduced to us in 2018 and has matured for at least 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It comes to us from Scotland and specifically the city of Wick, where the Old Pulteney distillery is located. The distillery was founded in 1826 by James Henderson, giving another breath to the city of fishermen, as it was known, as there were over 8000 fishermen in the city, who even drank 500 gallons of whiskey a day, at the 81 bar of Wick . This led to the ban and the closure of the winery in 1930. For 25 years there was no alcohol in the city, until the end of World War II, when the residents managed to lift the ban and reopen the distillery in 1951.

Jack Daniel, the creator of the most popular American whiskey, had a vision that one day his whiskey would be available in all corners of the world. In 2021 saw the debut of two completely different whiskies, Sweet & Oaky and Bold & Spicy. The last, is distilled from 70% rye, 12% barley malt and 18% corn and is aged in new American oak casks.

Jim Beam Black Extra Aged is an even more complex and intense bourbon than Jim Beam.

Grant's Elementary Oxygen 8 Year Old, was originally released for the retail market. Each bottle contains an element on the label relating to the production of the whiskey and its age statement.

Glenmorangie X comes to us from Scotland and the Glenmorangie distillery, which is famous for its tall distilleries and of course its excellent whiskey. It was founded in 1843 in the Highlands of Scotland, with production starting in 1849 and is considered a pioneer in the technique of double maturation of whiskey, in barrels of sherry, port and wine. Glenmorangie X was created in collaboration with several bartenders, to become the ultimate malt whiskey for cocktails.
