Iama Red Dry combines two well-known grape varieties to get the final result. The "Vradiano" variety originating from Evia, and the Syrah variety originating from France, make this wine unique which is ready for consumption with the possibility of further aging for at least 4 years.
The creators of the Iama Rose wine for its production chose to use the rare variety "Vradiano" instead of various international, famous varieties. The procedure that is followed is the classic cold extraction of grapes for 18 hours and then it is vinified. It is ready to be consumed after these procedures.
The Mandilaria and Merlot varieties give an aromatic, light, red wine thus producing the Methea Red Dry. This is a wine that is ready for consumption, but can be stored for one to two years at most.
Methea White Dry is a pleasant, harmonious and delicious wine with a delicate taste and cool profile. Its grapes come from estates of Northern Evia which have been matured in stainless steel tanks in order to produce this unique and delicious whole.
