In 2016 we were introduced to Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Rye and it is the third rye whiskey of the company. They use the same water they use for Jack Daniel's Hollow, based on the distillery's 150-year-old recipe.

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel uses the same procedure used for Jack Daniel's Old No.7, with some differences. It will mature for 24 months, maybe more, more than no.7, but nowhere is its aging mentioned, at higher temperatures, as they are located at higher points of the warehouse and the barrels that will accommodate it make its maturation better. The bottles indicate the number and location of the barrel used.

Jack Daniel's Old No7 is produced in Tennessee in the traditional way defined by its creator, Jack Daniel, 140 years ago.

The history of Tenjaku begins in Yamanashi Prefecture and specifically the city of Fuefuki. It is one of the most famous Japanese whiskey, with its name meaning "Light" and it is created to suit all consumption styles. Tenjaku is produced from corn, wheat and barley and is matured in American oak barrels.

Teeling Blackpitts is a single malt whiskey originating in Dublin and the Teeling Distillery. The distillery was founded in 1782 by Walter Teeling, but due to financial reasons it closed in 1976. The Teeling brothers opened a new distillery very close to the old one in 2014 and immediately succeeded in bringing Teeling back to its previous levels. Teeling Blackpitts is named after the Blackpitts region, which is known for its malt. It will be matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Sauternes casks, which combined with the triple distillation, will provide a balance between sweetness and peat.

Teeling Brabazon Series No1 is a malt whiskey from Dublin and the Teeling distillery. The distillery was founded in 1782 by Walter Teeling, but for financial reasons it closed in 1976. The Teeling brothers opened a new distillery very close to the old one, in 2014 and immediately managed to bring Teeling back to the levels it was before. This particular label is created with spirits that will be aged in six different ex-sherry casks, thus acquiring their characteristics.

Tamdhu 12 Year Old is aged for 12 years in oak sherry barrels. This wonderfully aged whiskey was presented in a completely retro bottle.

Talisker Storm is produced in Scotland and the Isle of Skye, where Talisker's distillery is located and in fact is the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they certainly know how to create a special malt whisky. This particular label was introduced to us in 2013 as a no age label, but it appears to have been aged in carefully selected and roasted American oak barrels. It is perhaps the Talisker distillery's smokiest label, as well as the most representative of its character.

Talisker Skye is produced in Scotland and the island of Skye, where the Talisker distillery is located and is in fact the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they definitely know how to create a unique malt whiskey.

Speyburn Hopkins Reserve comes to us from the famous Speyside of Scotland and specifically from the Speyburn Distillery. The distillery was designed by Charles Doig and built by John Hopkins in 1897. The Speyburn Hopkins Reserve is a tribute to the founder of the distillery and is of course named after him.

Speyburn Bradan Orach comes from the famous Speyside whiskeys in Scotland, specifically the Speyburn distillery. The distillery was designed by Charles Doig and built by John Hopkins in 1897. River Spey is one of the best and most famous salmon fishing spots and is the inspiration for the name of this label. This label does not indicate years of aging but we know that it matures exclusively in American ex-bourbon barrels, thus acquiring special characteristics.

Scarabus Islay is a unique label, which comes to us from Hunter & Laing Distillery. It was created especially for Feis Ile (Islay Music and Whiskey Festival) 2019, but it immediately managed to become loved due to its special characteristics.

Scapa The Orcadian Skiren comes from Scotland and the Orkney Islands, where Scotland's second northernmost distillery is. The people of the distillery christened the label with the name Skiren, which describes the bright summer sky in the Norwegian dialect.

Singleton of Dufftown Masters Selection comes from Speyside, Scotland, which is famous for its excellent whiskey. Dufftown Distillery was founded in the 19th century and with more than 120 years of experience, offers us special labels. One of them is the Singleton Of Dufftown Masters Selection, which is probably one of the most suitable to be sued in the world of malt whisky. Master of Malts, Craig Wilson, will carefully select the malt whiskys and mix them, before letting them mature into American and European ex-wine, ex-sherry and ex-bourbon oak barrels, thus acquiring special characteristics.

Chivas Regal Mizunara was originally released in October 2014 for the Japanese market.

Chivas Regal XV was introduced to us in 2018. Aging for at least 15 years, in casks that previously held cognac, it takes on a luxurious character. Chivas Regal XV with its silky texture convinced us that it has matured and reached us to stay and make our moments special.

The Chivas Regal has always relied on its Master Blenders, who since 1909 are only five. In their honor came this first blended malt whiskey the Chivas Regal Ultis. Only 1% of the barrels in the Chivas Regal collection are used to make this blend with its distinctive and special taste.

The Chivas Regal 25 Year Old was first introduced to the world in 1909, but only to the high society of New York. It is a blend that Master Blend, Colin Scott, continues to offer us with the same style, by carefully choosing the aged varieties of malt and grain whiskey needed to create the Chivas Regal 25 Year Old.

Chivas Regal 18 Year Old, is a blend of over 20 Scottish single malts, aged for at least 18 years, with a core of 18 year old single malt "strathisla" kept exclusively for this blend. Made by Master Blender Colin Scott, was first introduced to us in 1997 and is a blend that immediately entered our homes and became beloved for its special flavors.

The Strathisia Distillery is located in Spreyside of Scotland. Built in 1786 it is the oldest distillery in operation where is produced a malt which is the main ingredient of Chivas Regal 12 Year Old which is mixed with various blends aged for at least 12 years in order to come to our glass in its final form, the Chivas Regal 12 Year Old.

The Strathisia Distillery is located in Spreyside of Scotland. Built in 1786 it is the oldest distillery in operation where is produced a malt which is the main ingredient of Chivas Regal 12 Year Old which is mixed with various blends aged for at least 12 years in order to come to our glass in its final form, the Chivas Regal 12 Year Old.
