In July 2016, a new label, Plantation Old Fashioned Traditional Dark (OFTD) was introduced to us. A blend of the company's Jamaica, Guyana and Barbados rum, replacing Plantation's Original Dark Overproof, which was exclusively from Trinidad.

Plantation Rum Guatemala & Belize Gran Anejo is a Caribbean rum that matures in cognac barrels and is something special, as it combines the local aromas of the cane varieties, the aromas of the barrel and the secret mixture of spices. The French company Cognac Ferrand and Plantation work together in order to create this special rum giving a great result.

Plantation Rum Original Dark is a rich and full-bodied blend crafted from rums originating in both Barbados and Jamaica. Aged in tropical and continental climates, it boasts deep flavors of ripe banana, caramel, and spice, with hints of smoky oak and vanilla.

Plantation O.F.T.D. Overproof is a bold and robust rum crafted to showcase a rich blend of flavors, making it a favorite among cocktail enthusiasts and rum connoisseurs.

This wonderful rum, the Plantation Isle Of Fiji Rum, made with traditional techniques and local sugar cane, is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands. It will mature in tropical climates and in ex-bourbon barrels, before being transferred to France and in French oak barrels for the second phase of its maturation. The result of the combination of all these, the Fiji tradition, the double aging in different climates and the know how, creates the Plantation Isle of Fiji Rum, which is rich in aromatic notes.

Plantation Grande Reserve is a blend of various Barbados Rums that are matured in Bourbon barrels in the Caribbean and perfected in French oak barrels. Originating in the Barbados Islands of the Caribbean, this distillate matures in special barrels where bourbon and cognac have previously been matured.

Plantation Dark Double Aged is an excellent rum, which takes us to the Caribbean from the first moment. The best Trinidad rum, matured in American oak barrels, will be mixed with the best aged Jamaican rum and then poured into cognac barrels, giving it even richer aromas and flavors.

Plantation Barbados XO 20th Anniversario is one of the most iconic rums in the Plantation range, crafted to honor the 20th anniversary of Maison Ferrand. This exceptional blend features aged Barbadian rums that first mature in bourbon barrels under tropical conditions before being transported to France for a second aging in Ferrand Cognac casks. Its aromatic profile is rich and layered, revealing notes of coconut, ripe mango, vanilla, caramel, and elegant oak, complemented by hints of banana and warm spices that add vibrancy and refinement.

Plantation Barbados 10-Year-Old Rum is a refined, double-aged spirit that embodies the rich heritage of Caribbean rum-making. Initially aged for several years in ex-bourbon casks in the tropical climate of Barbados, it undergoes a secondary maturation in France in Ferrand cognac barrels, adding depth and complexity.
