The Old Pulteney 12 Year Old was introduced to us in 2018 and has matured for at least 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It comes to us from Scotland and specifically the city of Wick, where the Old Pulteney distillery is located. The distillery was founded in 1826 by James Henderson, giving another breath to the city of fishermen, as it was known, as there were over 8000 fishermen in the city, who even drank 500 gallons of whiskey a day, at the 81 bar of Wick . This led to the ban and the closure of the winery in 1930. For 25 years there was no alcohol in the city, until the end of World War II, when the residents managed to lift the ban and reopen the distillery in 1951.

Oban Little Bay comes to us from Scotland and specifically the town of the fishermen, Oban in the western Highlands. It was founded in 1974 and since then until today it operates continuously, in the shadow of the imposing rock, in the center of the city. Frequent rain, fog and the climate of the area, make Oban knead the best wheat in the area, with a special recipe, to create this malt. The spirits will mature in American oak barrels and ex-sherry barrels of European oak.

Nusa Cana White Rum is an excellent rum, which comes to us from Indonesia. Indonesia has a long history of cane cultivation as well as alcoholic beverages. When in 1641 they started sending their rum to Europe, they arrived by boat 9 months later. Due to sea voyages the barrels were exposed to high temperatures and the spirits inside were constantly moving, so the Europeans considered them aged and refined. It's named after the words Nusa meaning "island" and Cana meaning "rum".
