In 1822 it is said that King George IV on an official visit to Scotland asked to drink Glenlivet, leaving the world stunned, as it was then one of the many smuggled spirits in the Speyside area. Of course the owner of Glenlivet, George Smith, did not miss the opportunity to offer him and 2 years later to get permission to distill the whiskey. This label will mature into three types of barrels, American white oak barrels, ex-sherry barrels and new American oak barrels, thus acquiring its special characteristics.

The Glenlivet Triple Cask Matured is a refined single malt Scotch whisky, crafted through a complex maturation process in three different types of casks: American oak, European oak, and ex-sherry casks. The result is a whisky with a well-balanced character, offering both vibrancy and sophistication.

The spirits, which will be used to create this label, will mature for at least 12 years in American ex-bourbon barrels and hand-picked Oloroso Sherry Casks.

Glenmorangie 14 Year Old The Elementa comes to us from Scotland and the Glenmorangie distillery, which is famous for its tall distilleries and of course its excellent whiskey. It was founded in 1843 in the Highlands of Scotland, with production starting in 1849 and is considered a pioneer in the technique of double maturation of whiskey, in barrels of sherry, port and wine. The spirits, which will be used to create this label, will mature for at least 14 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being placed in new oak barrels for a period of time.

Glenmorangie 16 Years The Nectar is a refined single malt Scotch whisky from Scotland with a rich and sweet character. It is initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in casks that previously held Nectar DOC, a rich wine from the Languedoc region of France. To create this label, the spirits will mature for 15 years in white, American, oak ex-bourbon barrels and then 30% of them will go into Oloroso sherry casks for about 3 more years, while the remaining 70% will remain in ex-bourbon barrels. Obstacles and changes of ownership followed the company like a curse until 1963, when it began to take over and until 1989 it supplied Cutty Sark and Famous Grouse. The company rose to prominence again in 1999 due to a grant it also received from its people, who had brilliant ideas.
