From the distilleries Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita carefully choose the malt and grain whiskey, over 10 in number, which will all go together in 5 different types of barrels to mature so that they can give us this whiskey.

Suntory Whisky Kakubin is one of the most iconic Japanese blended whiskies, created by Suntory in 1937 and still a staple of Japanese whisky culture today. Its name "Kakubin", meaning "square bottle", comes from its distinctive bottle design, while the blend itself features a balanced composition with a significant contribution from malt whisky produced at the Yamazaki distillery. The result is a whisky with a clean, fresh, and harmonious character.

Suze is an aperitif created in 1885 by Fernand Moureaux and first published in 1889. In 1912, it was the inspiration for the famous painter Pablo Picaso to begin and complete one of his most famous works, "Verre et suze bottles ".
