Glenlivet 15 Year Old has a history dating back to 1800 and is considered one of the finest malt whiskeys in its class. In 1822 it is said that King George IV on an official visit to Scotland asked to drink Glenlivet, leaving the world stunned, as it was then one of the many smuggled spirits in the Speyside area. Of course the owner of Glenlivet, George Smith, did not miss the opportunity to offer him and 2 years later to get permission to distill the whiskey. This label goes through the main stage of its maturation in American and Spanish oak barrels, and then it will be put in selected, French oak barrels, made of limousin oak, the same as that used for the barrels in which Cognac matures.

Scallywag 10 Years Old is a rich and flavorful expression crafted by Douglas Laing. Made exclusively from Speyside single malts, this whisky is matured for a decade in sherry casks, imparting deep notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and warm spices.

Boulard Rye Cask Finish is a refined French calvados with a distinctive character, as it completes its maturation in formerly used rye whisky barrels (rye casks). This unique approach creates a harmonious blend of traditional calvados notes -such as ripe apples, caramel, and gentle spices- with the peppery, complex influence of rye cask aging. The result is a rich-textured spirit with complexity and a pleasant, long finish.
