Caol Ila 12 Year Old was introduced to us in June 2002, by Caol Ila Distillery, which is perhaps the largest and most famous distillery on the island of Islay. The distillery was founded in 1846 and is located in a hidden cove near Port Askaig on the island of Islay. The site was originally chosen for the clear water of Loch Nam Ban Lake, which is still the main source of water today.

Friedrich Dry Gin comes from the traditional gin distillery, Steinhagen, in Germany, which has been producing the best spirits since 1766. They have been using the same distillation method ever since.

Prohibido 22 Years is a more mature and complex expression from the Prohibido range in Mexico, inspired by the tradition of spirits aged in sweet wine casks. Its name is inspired by the location of the distillery as it means "meeting point" and the distillery is located where the Lowlands and the Western Highlands meet.

Teeling Single Grain is a whiskey originating in Dublin and the old Teeling family distillery, the Cooler Distiller. This label was introduced to us in 2013 and although there are few whiskeys on the market today that have been produced with the addition of cereals, this particular distillate has followed this tactic, as well as it matured in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 6 years, thus obtaining various, special, unique features.
