Plantation Rum Peru Terroir is an excellent rum, which comes to us from Peru and its strange climate. Master Distiller Alexander Gabriel of Plantation Rum and Jorge Luis Rodriguez, Master Distiller of Cartavio rum distillery, are the ones who will choose the best rum, aged for at least 11 years, Cartavio distillery and then transport them to France to mature for another 3 years in French oak barrels.

Cimborazo 12 Years Rum is a carefully aged spirit named after Ecuador's highest volcano, symbolizing the strength and authenticity of its origin. Matured for 12 years in oak barrels, it develops a rich and warm profile with deep notes of caramel, honey, and vanilla. The nose reveals aromas of dried fruits and spices, while the palate offers a smooth, balanced, and mature flavor with a long, sweet finish.
