It is produced at Lindores Abbey in Fife, where the earliest official reference to distillation in Scotland was documented. Wild Island High Croft Gin was introduced to us in 2016 and is a label of Colonsay Beverages. The gin is produced at the Langley Distillery near Birmingham, before being transported to Scotland, where water will be added and bottled. Its recipe in addition to its Scottish water, includes 16 herbs such as mint, flowers, lemon and bilberry.
