Teeling 21yrs Rising Reserve No3 Ruby Port Cask is an exceptional Irish single malt whiskey known for its complexity and elegance. Produced by the innovative Teeling Whiskey, it is aged for 21 years, with the final maturation in ruby port casks, giving it a rich color, deep notes of fruit, caramel, and gentle oak.

Teeling Blackpitts is a single malt whiskey originating in Dublin and the Teeling Distillery. The distillery was founded in 1782 by Walter Teeling, but due to financial reasons it closed in 1976. The Teeling brothers opened a new distillery very close to the old one in 2014 and immediately succeeded in bringing Teeling back to its previous levels. Teeling Blackpitts is named after the Blackpitts region, which is known for its malt. It will be matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Sauternes casks, which combined with the triple distillation, will provide a balance between sweetness and peat.

This label was introduced to us in 2013 and although there are few whiskeys on the market today that have been produced with the addition of cereals, this particular distillate has followed this tactic, as well as it matured in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 6 years, thus obtaining various, special, unique features.
