Lagavulin 16 Year Old comes from Islay, Scotland and is a highly smoked malt whisky. Lagavulin Distillery is located in a small, beautiful bay and was founded in 1816 by John Johnston. It is said that Lagavulin is the first malt whiskey to be bottled, while the distillery is considered the oldest on the island, keeping the same character until today.
