Bacardi Ocho Rye Cask Finish is a premium rum that represents a unique blend of tradition and innovation. It is aged for at least eight years in American oak barrels, and undergoes an additional finishing period in rye barrels, which imbues it with a distinct character.

Bacardi was created by Don Facundo Bacardi Masso in 1862, who was the first that tried to soften the character of rum by filtering it with carbon, as well as the first to produce white rum. The bat depicted on the bottle is the symbol of Bacardi and comes from the bats that were in the family distillery in Santiago.

Bacardi Razz is made from Marion-Berries and red raspberries. This rum was created in order to become our favorite summer drink and it succeeded in a large percentage. The classic, traditional recipe of Bacardi Carta Blanca will be followed faithfully. The rum will be put in barrels with the fruit and will stay there to "tie" the aromas and flavors. It will then be filtered and bottled.

After that, they enriched this mixture with molasses and a secret mixture of spices.
