Grey "Gris De Moschofilero", is a special, white wine with a strong varietal aroma and strong personality. In order to get the best result and the best part of the aroma of the variety, they left the grape in contact with the skins, at very low temperatures. Both the aromas and the color of the variety are found in the skins of the grapes and so to create Moschofilero, they will use the "vin saignee" technique.
"NOTOS" red semi-sweet, produced from the Agiorgitiko and Merlot varieties of grapes from the mountainous slopes of Aegialia. These varieties will connect and create a wine full of aromas and flavors of red fruits and flowers. At the end, a sweetness remains in the mouth and a velvety aftertaste.
"NOTOS" Red Dry wine from the Kanakari winery, is produced from Agiorgitiko and Merlot varieties of the semi-mountainous vineyards of Egialeia. The harvest is done in small crates of 20 kg and the pressures of the vinification that receives in order to reach the final result, are moderate. After the careful vinification of the two varieties, a modern Mediterranean type wine comes to our glass.
"NOTOS" White Semi-Sweet of the Kanakari winery, is produced exclusively from the Roditis variety, a variety that is cultivated in the semi-mountainous vineyards of Egialia. After processing it is recommended with a light yellow color, with a pleasant aroma of citrus and exotic fruits and with a mild sweetness in the mouth.
